CORPORATE PARALEGAL
LOCATION: Winnipeg, Manitoba
SALARY: $45++, D.O.E.

EXPERIENCE: A minimum of four (4) years
A prominent Winnipeg Law Firm is searching for an experienced Corporate Paralegal for its office in downtown Winnipeg.
Candidates must have a minimum of four (4) years experience working as a Corporate Paralegal, with strong abilities and knowledge of incorporations, reorganizations and corporate transactions. You will work with the Company's Senior Partner. Certification is an asset, but not necessary.
You must possess outstanding organizational, multi tasking and leadership skills, as well as a clear sense of priorities and purpose. You must work well independently and/or with a group. Strong computer skills and expertise with MS Office is necessary. You will also be required to provide general minute book maintenance.
