LEGAL ASSISTANT OR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

LOCATION: Ottawa, Ontario
SALARY: $33 -$56K
BENEFITS: Full benefits package is included
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of three (3) years

A prominent law firm in downtown Ottawa is actively seeking a bright, experienced bilingual legal assistant OR executive assistant to join its team.

In order to be considered for this position, the candidate MUST be fluently bilingual in both English and French, with both written and oral skills.

Individuals applying for this position should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a law office or other business environment. Qualified candidates should have advanced proficiency in MS Word and a minimum typing speed efficiency of approximately 65 wpm.

You must possess excellent organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to pay strict attention to detail and work well under pressure. The ability to multi-task and to work alone or with a group are necessary traits. 

  

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• FLUENTLY bilingual with English and French, written and oral
• MS Word expertise and typing proficiency
