LAWYER (ASSOCIATE) – LITIGATION (COMMERCIAL)
LOCATION: Ottawa
SALARY: OPEN, commensurate with experience

Dare Human Resources is actively assisting our Client in its search for a Litigation Associate for its Litigation Group in Ottawa, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of diverse areas of complex litigation experience, with emphasis on commercial litigation. Experience with employment and administrative law would be a consideration for this position.
Previous related stable employment with a mid to large-sized law firm is necessary. Active membership in good standings with the Ontario Bar Association is a must; and a strong academic background, from a top tier law school is also required.
The Applicant shall have experience working in fast-paced work environment, either independently or as part of a team. You must be detail-oriented, with excellent communication, leadership, research and communication (written and verbal) skills. The successful Candidate shall be a talented and diverse Lawyer who places a high value on professionalism while providing the highest quality legal services to its Clients. QUALIFICATIONS
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience, preferably with a mid to large-sized firm
• Membership in good standings with the Ontario Bar Association
• Superior academic background
• Skilled with litigation
