DESCRIPTION
TRUSTEES (2) – WINNIPEG OR BRANDON, MANITOBA
LOCATION: Winnipeg or Brandon, Manitoba
SALARY: $75K - $105K, commensurate with experience

One of Canada’s leading professional service providers, with a strong international and national presence, is actively searching for two (2) bankruptcy Trustees for its Winnipeg and Brandon, Manitoba offices.
The candidates must have a Canadian university degree, have completed the NIQP course as well as the BIA Insolvency Counselor’s course and are licensed as a Trustee. CAIRP certification is necessary, but the qualified candidate may achieve this once hired. High academic credentials are required. Exceptional analytical and interpersonal verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
You will be called upon to administer proposals and bankruptcies and manage assets held in trust. In this position, you will give debtor information and advice about both the proposal and bankruptcy processes and make sure that both the debtor’s rights and the creditor’s rights are respected.
QUALIFICATIONS
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Canadian university degree
Licensed as a Trustee
A minimum of three (3) years of Trustee experience
CAIRP certification OR eligible to take the course if hired
