SENIOR LAWYER – BANKING & FINANCE
LOCATION: Calgary, Alberta
SALARY: OPEN, commensurate with experience

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of ten (10) years
Dare Human Resources is actively searching for a Senior Lawyer specializing in Finance and Banking Laws, for our prominent National Client’s Calgary office. As part of this Group, you could be involved with, but not limited to bankruptcy and insolvency, lending, financing for commercial real estate, asset management, restructuring and securities & public markets, to name a few.
A strong academic background, preferably from a top tier Law School is required. The successful candidate should have experience working in fast-paced work environment, be detail-oriented and possess excellent communication, research and writing skills. Facilitating strong Client relationships and the ability to “produce" are two other prime pre-requisites. You will be expected to display leadership qualities and must be able to work with the Group as a team member. As this is a Senior position, a minimum of ten (10) years of related experience, preferably from a mid to large law firm is required.
